Mr. Suresh Goyal

MD & CEO of National Highways Authority of India’s
Infrastructure Investment Trust (NHAI InvIT)

Suresh Goyal has around 28 years of experience in financial services industry, across project finance, investment banking and asset management. Over the last 15 years, he has been in asset management of infrastructure sectors including Roads, Power, Renewables, Telecom Towers and Airports. Prior to his current role, he held leadership role in Macquarie Infrastructure & Real Assets based at Singapore covering South-East Asia and India regions. He has led some transformational investments, including acquisition of first brownfield road by a financial sponsor in India, which led to opening up of the sector for institutional investors and creation of professional platforms. He was also instrumental in winning the first Toll Operate Transfer (TOT) road project in India. He has been member of several boards and has extensive experience of working with boards across various strategies, including growth, Dispute Resolution and Health & Safety etc. Suresh is currently MD & CEO of National Highways Authority of India’s Infrastructure Investment Trust (NHAI InvIT), which has been set up to monetize operational highway projects under Government of India’s National Monetization Pipeline. NHAI InvIT has successfully raised funds from marquee international and domestic institutional investors and lenders in November 2021, with an Enterprise Value of above USD 1 billion. Suresh is an Electrical Engineering graduate from Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science, Indore. He also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Ms. Preeti Chaudhry

Preeti Chaudhry was a Promoter and Director of many businesses for more than 15 years involved in export of leather goods. In 2010, she started working extensively with many NGOs in Mumbai. For a few years, she was also involved in running a school providing English medium education to more than 400 children from weaker sections of the society. She is now an active member of Cerebral Palsy of India an NGO working with children with special needs and serves on their board. Preeti has also been engaged with Bright Future for the last eight years and has been extensively working with us to chart their growth journey. She enjoys interacting with innovative NGOs in the areas of women and children. She has earned her Graduation in Business Management from EIILM, Kolkata.

Mr. Anurag V Jain

Mr. Anurag V Jain has diversified experience of over 20 years in the areas of Fund Raising, Asset anagement, Financial Advisory, Project Finance and Infrastructure Projects. He has worked with National Highways Infra Trust, Kotak Investment Banking, IDFC Limited, ICICI Bank and L&T IDPL in the past. He also founded Agile Vibes, a startup in experiential learning and Yogyata Education Trust, a non-profit in education. Yogyata, a community project to promote education, has constituted scholarship scheme targeted at students from lower economic strata, without any discrimination based on caste, class, religion or gender. Approx. 400 students, spread across multiple government schools, have received scholarships under the aegis of Yogyata. Anurag is an Engineering graduate in Computer Science from Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur. He also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Mr. Ashish Bijawargi
